He tweeted a picture on his hacked iPhone X running iOS 13 beta 8 and iOS 13.1 beta 1.

However, the developer has not provided much information about the hack or the process he has accomplished through but probably the good news for the jailbreak user who is eagerly waiting for iOS 13 jailbreak.
