Ahead of WWDC 2017, a new Files app for iOS has appeared on the AppStore spotted by Steve T-S and points that with the launch of new iOS 11 at WWDC 2017, Apple to introduce new Files app for iOS 11 compatible with iPhone and iPad which supports 64 bit apps.
Probably this will be the new feature (File Manager for iOS or iOS File Management System) that Apple is including on iOS 11. Since the release of iOS, there is no file manager for iOS yet. This time Apple has changed its
iOS 11 featuring new iOS File Management System app called Files.
