According to KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, Apple will keep Dual camera in the upcoming iPhone 7 Plus or iPhone 7 Pro and likely to be available only on the 5.5 inch model

Kuo also says “New iPhone shipments to be capped by similar form factor as
iPhone 6s & 6s Plus; top hardware upgrade is dual-camera (5.5-inch model
only), though many competing models with dual-camera will launch soon, joining
others already on the market; first impressions could underwhelming.

As earlier, Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo at KGI has also repeatedly predicted that
Apple is working on two versions of the iPhone’s. iPhone 7, one with a single lens
camera and the another iPhone 7 Plus with a dual-camera lens for
better quality photos with Linx camera technology. In addition to an
iPhone 7 Plus with dual lens cameras, both devices are rumored to be water
resistant, no headphone jack, and lose some visible antenna bands.
Recently photo of iPhone 7 with dualcamera was leaked which shows that the 5.5-inch iPhone had a dual lens rather
than two separate cutouts.
Kuo also said that many anroid amartphones including Xiaomi, ZTE and Lenovo,
are all planning to feature dual-camera smartphone systems and he believes
first impressions of Apple’s system might be underwhelming.
The new iPhone 7
and iPhone 7 Plus will be launched in September this year.
