What is iCloud Activation Lock?

Activation Lock is automatically enabled when you turn on Find My
iPhone on your iOS devices by which your Apple ID gets securely stored on
Apple’s iCloud servers.

Activation Lock is ON then you can’t erased that device and won’t be able to
enter into homescreen until you have Apple ID and password to which it was
locked.

1) Open a web browser on any Mac or Windows PC and Visit the Apple Support Website webpage.
2) Select iPhone from the below list as like in the screenshot.
Note: Support and service options may not available for some region Change the location in that case. After changing you will see an option like Send in for Repair, Contact Apple Support, Bring in for Repair and Contact Carrier.
3) Now Click on Send in for Repair option.
4) Select a topic from the option like Battery, Power & Charging, System Performance, Cellular WiFi, Repairs & Physical Damage, Apple ID & Password and more.
5) Select Repairs & Physical Damage option and among that click on Display is Cracked.
6) Now click Send in for Repair

7) Now type in the IMEI or Serial number of your iPhone, iPod touch, iPad that you wish to check the Activation Lock Status for.

message with a note saying Sorry, but we can’t create a repair while Find My iPhone is active.
