Anew LockHTML theme called Fuji is the upcoming LockHTML theme that brings the macOS login screen to your iPhone -iPad lockscreen and will be available soon in Cydia via BigBoss Repo. Since it is not officially available yet in Cydia so it not sure Fuji will be free or paid.
