Center.

One of the feature that Apple has added to its Control Center is ability to record screen.
This is the first time that you will be able to record iOS screen by default.

You can directly start recording your iPhones screen using iOS 11 Control Center. Before you can start recording your phones screen on iOS 11 using Control, first thing you need to do is add screen recorder toggle on the Control Center. You can simply add screen recording toggle by going to:

Settings – Control Centre and tapping the (+) sign in Screen Recording. This will add Screen Recording toggle on the iOS 11 Control Center.

Now head over to the Control Center by swiping up from the bottom on the iPhone screen and hit the record button. This will instantly start recording your phones screen.
