Apple released the first build of the upcoming
HomePod’s firmware last week. With the firmware released, Developer Steve Troughton-Smith has
discovered code that seemingly confirms the front design of iPhone 8 with face unlock support .

Smith also explains that the code indicates the existence of
infra-red face unlock in BiometricKit, which is the essential support for Touch
ID. There has been so many rumors regarding Face Unlock to be feature in iPhone
8, so this seems iPhone 8 would come with Face ID support. Along with that,
HomePod code also confirms the design of the new upcoming iPhone 8 which looks
good.
