Step 1: Launch the Control Center by swiping up from the bottom of your screen
Step 2: Now 3D Touch on the Screen Recording icon. (If your device does not have 3D Touch feature than you can Tap and Hold the Screen Recording icon)

Step 3: It will then show two options; one is Start Recording and another one is Microphone audio
