With the walk-through of iOS 9.3, Night Shift
mode is automatically disabled when you enable Low Power Mode on your iPhone.

How to enable Night Shift mode and Low Power Mode at the same time
Step 1: Go to Settings>> Battery
>> Enable Low Power Mode
>> Enable Low Power Mode
Step 2: Now, Invoke Siri and say Enable
