So far Apple might bring this feature
in the upcoming iOS 10 software update. You can simply activate the menu by
force touching on supported toggles or shortcut apps in the control center. If
you are using a older device you can either use ‘fake force touch’ or long
press depending on which option you have selected in the settings from the
tweak preferences.

There is also a security option whether you want QuickCenter
access on Lockscreen, within apps or wifi access on lockscreen. So to use QuickCenter,
simply open up Control Center and force touch or long press on default toggles
to see the more shortcuts which is really cool. The default toggles where you
can access Quick Center on:
Wi-Fi
QuickCenter allows you to quickly switch between Wi-Fi networks using the
shortcut menu provided for the toggle.

Bluetooth
QuickCenter allows you to quickly connect to different bluetooth devices using
the shortcut menu provided for the toggle.

Do not Disturb
QuickCenter allows you to quickly toggle between ‘Always’ and ‘Only on
Lockscreen’ for Do not Disturb mode using a shortcut menu.

Camera
QuickCenter allows you to force press or long press/fake force touch on the
camera toggle to bring up a live camera view where you can tap to take a photo,
double tap to switch cameras, long hold to focus, and drag any corner to resize
the camera preview.

Flashlight
QuickCenter allows you to force press or long press/fake force touch on the
flashlight toggle to bring up a shortcut menu where you can either turn on the
flashlight or strobe the flashlight.

Alarms
QuickCenter allows you to force press or long press/fake force touch on the
clock toggle to bring up a shortcut menu when you can turn your alarms on and
off.

Polus App Shortcuts
If you have Polus installed and have added a app toggle, if that app has
shortcuts they will be available by force pressing or long pressing/fake force
touching on that app toggle.

Currently QuickCenter doesnot works on Airplane mode, orientation lock and
calculator. In addition to that QuickCenter is also compatible with other
tweaks like Polus, Seng, FlipControlCenter, CCSettings, QuickActivator, SimpleCenters,
Auxo Legacy Edition.
This tweak is amazing as it adds 3D
Touch functionality and allows more shortcuts menu in the control center.

QuickCenter is available in Cydia via
BigBoss Repo for $1.00 and is compatible with iOS 9 or later.
To get this tweak, you need to be
