Apple has stopped signing iOS 11.4.1 following the release of iOS 12.0.1. This means users can no longer upgrade or downgrade their iPhone or iPad to iOS 11.4.1 ever.
So if you are running iOS 12 or iOS 11.4 or any other version, you can no longer go back to the iOS 11.4.1. There are lots of users that are going to be affected with this change, specially Jailbreakers. The Jailbreak hackers usually work on to build a jailbreak on older versions. So Jailbreak lovers who are on iOS 11.4.1. do not update to the latest versions. If you do not care about Jailbreak, you can upgrade to iOS 12.
