A jailbroken cydia tweak called Edge is
available in Cydia which brings a similar experience to the Samsung S7 side
interface feature to iOS 9 devices. It is really cool tweak which allows you to
experience a completely new user interface and truly a faster way of
multitasking that you never had.

Edge allows you to quickly open recent
apps, trigger tasks, access favourite apps as well as quickly accessing
favourite contacts. The favourite apps and recent apps pages allow you to
double tap the icon to bring up the app view to quickly interact with the app
without having to fully open it. The tasks edge is extensible and adapts to the
apps you have installed.

To use Edge, just swipe left to screen and where you
can see the recents edge, app edge, tasks edge and people edge as in the
screenshot. You can add the apps and people from the + button.

After installing this tweak you can have
option to configure in the tweak preferences from Setting app where you can
enable or disable the tweak at any time, reorder the pages, change activation
area and more. In addition to that, you can hide place holder icons and
multi-coloured people icons.
