Apple has added Today, Games, Apps, Updates and Search tabs where you can find your App Store account on the top right corner of your App Store.

How to see all your Purchased apps and re-download them in iOS 11 on iPhone-iPad?
Step 1: Launch App Store on your iPhone-iPad running iOS 11
Step 2: Now except Search Tab, you will see the Account icon in the top right corner of your App Store in the screenshot.
Step 3: Tap any tab, and tap next to the Account icon on the top.
Step 4: You will see a list of options under Account section.
Step 5: Tap on Purchased. There you will find all of your Purchased apps.
If you want to re-download your favorite purchased app. simply tap on the cloud icon to download those apps you had already purchased.
Apple has different Purchased apps section in iOS 11 Public beta but it now fixes and looks like user-friendly as you can tally in the screenshot.
Tap not on this iPhone and download the desired applications by tapping the cloud icon.
