Low Power Mode is the very useful features
included in iOS 9 which cuts down on system effects and heavily throttles an
iPhone’s CPU performance to save battery life. Like when your device is at 20
or 10 percent, your device will bring up the option for Low Power mode automatically.

But to enable it manually you have to go to Settings > Battery -> Low
Power mode, and enable it from that. Its not quite easier for user to enable or
disable this features.
For this, there is a tweak called CCSettings which allow you to quickly enable or
disable Low Power Mode just by single tap directly from the Control
Center.
With
CCSettings, you have the option to customize many options to access
toggles like AirPlane mode, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Do Not Disturb, Reboot,
Respring, Cellular Data, Screen Orientation Lock etc based on your
preference.

It has been recently updated to support iOS 9, which includes the option to add
the toggle for Low Power mode to Control Center.

If you’re new to CCSettings, then follow these simple steps to
add the toggle for Low Power mode to Control Center.
