On iOS 8 and 9, the Photos app
now comes with a new default album called Recently Deleted that displays all
the photos you’ve deleted from the Photos app. The album allows you to easily
restore photos that you’ve deleted and add them back to the Camera
Roll. Photos in the Recently Deleted album will be deleted automatically
after 30 days has passed since the time of deletion. To delete instantly you

A jailbreak tweak known
as NoRecentlyDeleted permanently disables the
Recently Deleted album such that no photos will be moved to the Recently
Deleted album after you’ve deleted them.
This means that after you install the
tweak, all the photos that you delete will be completely removed without
getting added to the Recently Deleted album for further action.

If you’re new to the jailbreaking
scene, all you have to do is to first jailbreak your iOS 8 and 9 device
with Pangu or TaiG according

After that open Cydia
Search for NoRecentlyDeleted tweak.
Confirm to install.
