After a long time of iOS 12 beta 1, Apple released the second beta of iOS 12(build number 16A5308e) for developers along with the macOS Mojave beta 2, tvOS 12 beta 2 and watchOS 5 beta 2.
Apple added minor improvements and features on every software version to make even better, smoother and faster.
Downloading and Installing iOS 12 beta 2
iOS 12 beta 2 is available for download to the registered developer’s via OTA over-the-air from iOS settings app running the previous beta or you can also download iOS 12 Beta 2 through Apple’s online developer center and Apple Beta SoftwareProgram whereas iOS 12 Public beta will be available soon.

How to download iOS 12 without developer account
macOS Mojave beta 2
macOS Mojave beta 1 is available for download through Mac App Store’s Updates tab.
tvOS 12 beta 2
tvOS 12 beta 2 is available for download from Settings → System → Software Updates → Update
Software.
watchOS 5 beta 2
watchOS 5 beta is available for download with the Watch app on your iPhone by tapping My Watch → General → Software Update or by installing watchOS profile from the Apple developer program.
