Apple has seeded iOS 12 beta 2 for public beta testers. This means anyone who doesn’t have a developer account also can now use iOS 12 beta 2 on their iPhone or iPad.
iOS 12 consists many features like ARKit 2, smarter Siri, updated apps like News, Stocks & Voice Memos, CarPlay support for third-party navigation apps, Memoji on iPhone X, group FaceTime call and many more.
Similarly, Apple added a few fixes and tweaks in iOS 12 beta 2.

If you have a compatible iOS device that supports iOS 12, then you can install it by going to Apple’s Website and registering with the Beta Software Program which is completely free.
Remember, iOS 12 is still in beta phase and may contain bugs that may slow down your device & even drain the battery faster. However, you can give it a try for sometime and downgrade to iOS 11 later before Apple stops signing the previous window.
Along with that Apple also releases second betas of tvOS 12, and macOS 10.14 Mojave for Public testers.
You can download and install iOS 12 beta 2 via OTA by navigating into Settings app >> General >> Software Update.
