Apple released the third beta version of the iOS 13.2 and iPadOS 13.2. Beta 3 version comes just after the weeks after the release of the beta 2. iOS 13.2 beta 3 comes with bugs fixes and many improvements. Apple had released iOS 13.1.3 and iPadOS 13.1.3 for all iPhones and iPad fixing plenty of bugs before a day.
The first beta of iOS 13.2 comes with a deep fusion for the iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro while the second beta version comes with the other improvements of the host. Similarly, the third beta version of iOS 13.2 was released which focuses on the bugs fixing and stability improvements. Apple will be releasing iOS 13.2 to the public right after when Apple TV + goes live on November 1.

If your iPhones or iPads are already on the iOS beta version then go toward the Settings-> General -> Software Update to the iOS 13.2 beta 3 update.
If your iPhones or iPads is operating on the iOS 13.1 or iPadOS 13.1. Then you have to install the developer beta profile on your device.
