Apple has just officially released iOS 10.3.3 final for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch with some bug fixes and improvements along with the new wallpapers.
iOS 10.3.3 final is now available for public after a many beta released.
iOS 10.3.3 is available for download via an over-the-air update or through iTunes for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. You can update through iPhone/iPad by navigating to Settings app > General > Software Update > Install or you can install iOS 10.3.3 on iPhone using iTunes by connecting your device (Summary >> Check for update) directly and manually ipsw file.
