Apple has officially announced a special event that will take place on September 15th at 10 a.m. PDT and it will be held virtually.
Apple is widely expected to launch four new iPhone models, two new Apple Watches, its first over-ear Apple-branded headphones, an edge-to-edge screen iPad Air, and a smaller HomePod this fall.
It is reported that Apple will be presenting two basic and two top-end iPhone models with OLED displays and 5 G modems this year. The two basic iPhones will have screen sizes of 5.5 and 6.1 inch whereas the Pro models will display sizes of 6.1 and 6.7 inches. The iPhones have quadrupled edges similar to the iPad Pro. In the regular models the high-end models have stainless steel edges versus aluminum. For the Pro models, a dark blue color option to replace Midnight Green would be available. A A14 processor will improve the performance significantly and, like the iPad Pro, larger Pro telephones will be equipped with a LiDAR camera.
