KGI: iPhone 8 to feature 3D Touch Technology with pressure sensitive sensor with flexible OLED display

KGI Securities
analyst Ming-Chi Kuo
predicted that the next generation iPhone 8
will feature 3D Touch Technology with higher pressure sensitive sensors with
flexible OLED display. Kuo expects Apple to switch from an “FBCB sensor to a
film sensor,” which means it will feature a wider range of 3D Touch pressure
levels, and an overall higher sensitivity.
