As predicted, Kuo previously said iPhone
8 will feature 3D Touch Technology with higher pressure sensitive
sensors
with flexible OLED display. Kuo expects Apple to switch
from an “FBCB sensor to a film sensor,” which means it will feature a wider
range of 3D Touch pressure levels, and an overall higher sensitivity. Also
Apple is working on an optical fingerprint sensor for iPhone 8 which may
eventually replace fingerprint scanning with full-face recognition for
authentication and unlock.
Due to a significant redesign and the
use of many new components report claims that iPhone 8 could cost more than $1,000 .
