There is no any type of video playing app or any option to import and watch video on Apple Watch. So you need to apply a simple trick and that is using iMessage app:

Step 1: Launch iMessage app on iPhone

Step 2: Create a new Message

Step 3: On recipient address, enter your Apple ID that is linked with iMessage

Step 4: Send a Video on your own iMessage ID

Step 5: Launch iMessage app on Apple Watch

Step 6: Tap the Message on your Apple Watch that you have just sent using iPhone

Step 7: Tap the video and it will play on your Apple Watch
