How to Delete Macintosh HD icon from the desktop on Mac
It’s really simple to hide or delete Macintosh HD icon from your Mac desktop.
Step 2: Click on Preferences or hit the shortcut key (⌘ ,) from your Keyboard
Step 3: In the General tab, Under the list of labels uncheck the Hard disks box to hide Macintosh from the desktop on Mac.
