Siliqua 2 is a jailbreak tweak, developed by the LaughingQuoll, the successor of a popular jailbreak tweak called Siliqua. Customizing AirPods gesture system is only possible with the jailbreak tweak Siliqua 2 which allows you to control your media playback directly tapping on the AirPods via gestures.

Siliqua 2 comes with various gesture option after the installation. You can set any gesture option to your own like Double tap or Quad tap from the preferences in the Settings app.

There are so many options under Siliqua 2 setting where you can enable or disable the tweak, double tap functionality, and dual tap functionality.

AirPods Double Tap Gesture

  • Pause/Play music
  • Skip to the next media track
  • Rewind to the previous media track
  • Skip 15 seconds ahead
  • Rewind 15 seconds back
  • Toggle the ‘repeat’ function for the Now Playing track
  • Toggle song shuffle
  • Increase the playback volume
  • Decrease the playback volume

AirPods Quad-Tap Gesture

  • Pause/Play music
  • Skip to the next media track
  • Rewind to the previous media track
  • Skip 15 seconds ahead
  • Rewind 15 seconds back
  • Toggle the ‘repeat’ function for the Now Playing track
  • Toggle song shuffle
  • Increase the playback volume
  • Decrease the playback volume

Along with that, there is a respring button which you need to do after you have to change the setting for AirPods gesture.
